6. Contact Form

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information including the contact data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. This data is transferred to automated processing services for handling your inquiry. We do not share this data without your consent. This data is processed based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

7. Applicant Data

When you apply through our career portal, we collect and process the following data: name, email address, phone number (optional), cover letter, and CV (PDF). This data is used exclusively for processing your application and contacting you about suitable positions.

Storage: Your application documents will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after the conclusion of the application process. This corresponds to the statutory retention period under the German AGG (General Equal Treatment Act). After this period, your data will be automatically deleted unless you have consented to longer storage.

Legal Basis: Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (employment relationships).

Recipients: Your data is transmitted to our automated processing services for forwarding to the relevant contacts. No disclosure to third parties occurs without your explicit consent.
